I am the property manager for the owner of 900 Stoneview Court. The property owner lives in Wyoming, is retired military, and encourages renting his properties to active military personnel, so we appreciate your interest. The rent is $1,500.00 per month with a $1,500.00 security deposit. The lease agreement is extensive but very fair. No pets of any kind are allowed, including dogs, cats, birds and fish tanks. The successful renter will set up the monthly rental payments through the military channels as a direct deposit on the 1st of each month. Our bank deposit information will be provided so this can be achieved. The completion of a rental application will be required and can be forwarded to your e-mail or I can bring one to the viewing of the home. I can also bring a copy of the lease agreement to the viewing if you wish. All applications are forwarded to the owner and he makes the final decision concerning the successful applicant. The house is roomy, on a corner lot, comfortable in every aspect, and visually pleasing with the cathedral ceiling in the living room and 9 ft. ceilings in the foyer and dining room. The master bedroom and bath with a walk-in closet is on the opposite end of the house from the other 3 bedrooms and bath for total privacy.
