Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on base or finding a home off-base within the community.

• The Housing Services Office (706) 791-5116 offers guidance and information to service members, plus assists with the relocating process.

• On-post housing for Fort Gordon is privatized and provided by Balfour Beatty Communities (706) 772-7041, which offers five neighborhoods with 2-5 bedroom single family homes. Home amenities may include: utilities, lawn care, washer/dryer hookups and central air. Community features are playgrounds, tot lots, basketball and tennis courts.
